I was trying to go at it myself for a while with no luck and I was actually about to quit until I found you guys on YouTube. I saw all the success and decided to give it one final shot. Super happy I did.
How did the course help you?
It taught me everything. Before enrolling, I was just sending applications out and easy applying on LinkedIn, and knowing what I know now, that was probably the worst approach ever. I wasn't setting myself apart from other candidates, and I would never have found out there was an alternative, much better way to go about things if it wasn't for the course and the guidance. Apart from that, I followed the cold call script to a T and it landed me a job at the world's best Cloud Identity company... so it clearly works.
What would you recommend to others considering Tech Sales?
Commit to the training. I was trying to go at it by myself and just couldn't figure things out. If you really want to break in and become a top-performer, you need to find people who know what they're doing and figure out a way to learn from them. Outside of that, this stuff isn't a simple walk in the park. Take it seriously, follow the instructions inside the course, and overprep.
