The course opened my eyes to many effective strategies. For instance, I learned about creating different sequences for different personas, which was a game-changer. Previously, I sold various products and services, each with a unique sequence. The course taught me how to automate these sequences by analyzing old inbound leads and their interactions, such as downloading white papers or ebooks. This approach has already made a significant difference, saving me from constantly reinventing the wheel. Another area where I've seen improvement is in territory planning. Initially, I relied on intent data and company profiles to send generic messages. Now, I'm more targeted in my approach, which has shown positive results in just a few weeks.

What was the most valuable part of the program to you?

The most valuable aspect of the course has been the weekly meetings. These gatherings are an opportunity to interact with top performers from various companies. Unlike the competitive environment in one's own organization, these meetings are collaborative, allowing us to share insights, strategies, and concerns. For anyone considering a career change, I want to emphasize: don't be discouraged by external factors like the economy or personal doubts. I wish I had made the career switch years ago, but I held myself back with excuses. If you're contemplating a change, my advice is to stop making excuses and start taking action. The Ascension course is particularly helpful because it lays out everything you need to know in a clear, step-by-step manner. It covers the entire process from start to finish, making it easy to understand and follow. And from there, SDR Accelerator really sets you up to win once you're in role. So definitely invest in yourself through mentorship if you're in it for the long haul.
