I really wanted to go down this path of being able to be personalized at scale, and hit all the people, i.e. all the prospects that I needed to in a personalized manner without spending all the time I was previously. I knew I was missing something and Connor had a strong track record of being a killer at Oracle (previous company I was at), so I knew he'd be the right person to talk to to create a system for myself that'd work from the get-go.
What was the most valuable part of the program to you?
Something that I really appreciated about this course is that there's actually a process to it, in a real sequential order. Instead of seeing some LinkedIn influencer or you know, a YouTube video that says, Do this, say that, improve tone, etc. etc., this course was much more targeted and actually helped me tailor it to my specific situation and company. So the tailored aspect of this course is just phenomenal. Connor really cares and provides you with everything you need to be successful, even if that means going far outside the 'typical' coaching bubble.

I mean... The value inside the community spans so wide. The resources, understanding the process, and just being able to advance your career are all things that happen pretty fast inside of it. The other underrated element of this is that there are other top performers in there you can learn and connect with. Sometimes being an SDR can be a really lonely job, and so having a community and support framework like this can be career-changing. Either way, I highly recommend it. I look at it as an investment, and I think everyone who joins will be pleasantly surprised once they're on the inside.
